The PlayStation Plus subscription service has arrived and is finally giving subscribers access to a massive backlog of PlayStation games. Those that subscribe to the Premium tier, the most expensive available, will gain access to the PlayStation Plus Classic Collection, which includes 38 games from the PlayStation 1, PlayStation 2, and PSP.
The PlayStation Plus Premium subscription will cost $17.99 a month, $49.99 quarterly, or $119.99 annually. Subscribing will unlock access to free game downloads every month, access to hundreds of PlayStation games across its console generations, time-limited game trials, the PlayStation Plus Classics Collection, and more.
Aside from the massive backlog of PlayStation games, subscribers will gain access to 38 different classic PlayStation games from the PlayStation 1, PlayStation 2, and PSP. Additionally, we expect that new games will be added to the collection over time. At launch, subscribers will be able to play age-old classics like Ape Escape, Jak II, Resident Evil: Director's Cut, Tekken 2, and more.
Below is a quick breakdown of every game in the PlayStation Plus Classics Collection that subscribers can play right now. As new games are added over time, we will update our list. If you're new to PS Plus or looking to subscribe, here's everything you need to know about PlayStation Plus.
