Black Friday is almost upon us once again, and that means retailers will be offering deep discounts on everything from coffee machines to baby cribs. Avengers: Infinity War (Blu-ray) - $7
Avengers: Infinity War is the big event film the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe has been building to, and this year we finally saw it in theaters. If you want to check out all the Blu-ray special features and relive some heroic (and some emotionally devastating) moments, you can pick it up at Best Buy for a song and seven bucks.
Also available at this price at Best Buy are Coco, Dead Pool 2, and fellow Marvel film Black Panther.
Avengers: Infinity War (4K Ultra HD) - $15
Then again if you have a 4K TV, you may want to view Avengers in the highest possible resolution. Best Buy has that covered too, with the 4K Ultra HD version of the movie for $14.99. Ant-Man and the Wasp is also available at this price for 4K, in case you want the biggest tiny action around in all its high-definition glory.
The Incredibles 2 (DVD) - $8
The long-awaited sequel to The Incredibles finally came this year, and you can already snag it for a pretty incredible price. Walmart has it available for $8, making the family hit less than the price of a single movie ticket.
Justice League (Blu-ray) - $6
Part of Black Friday means deep discounts on older blockbusters you may have missed. Such is the case with 2017's Justice League. You can get the big DC team-up on Blu-ray for just $6 at Target. As long as you're there, you may want to pick up action film John Wick 2 on Blu-ray as well.
Ready Player One (Blu-ray) - $6
A veritable love letter to video game and geek culture, Ready Player One was a hit novel turned movie by visionary director Steven Spielberg. You can pick it up and play a game of spot-the-reference for just $6 at Best Buy.
Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom (Blu-ray) - $8
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom takes the new Chris Pratt-helmed series and heads back to the doomed island on a dinosaur rescue mission. Of course, everything goes according to plan and no one gets eaten. If you want to see how profoundly incorrect that last sentence is, you can pick it up at Walmart for less than ten bucks.
Solo: A Star Wars Story (DVD) - $8
Judging by its disappointing box office performance, plenty of Star Wars fans haven't seen this standalone story that explores the younger days of everyone's favorite roguish nerf-herder. You can change that at Walmart by picking it up for just under eight dollars.
Westworld: Season 1 (DVD) - $10
Westworld continued its unique blend of cowboy futurism this year, but if you want to start from the beginning, Best Buy has you covered. You can pick up the entire first season on DVD for just ten bucks, making HBO's prestige series nicely accessible for everyone.
Game of Thrones Box Set (Blu-ray) - $114
We're nearing the final season of Game of Thrones, but what if you want to catch up on all seven previous seasons first? Walmart has a big box set of all the seasons on Blu-ray for just over a hundred bucks. It's perfect for that special Dothraki in your life or a little early holiday gift for yourself.
Rick and Morty: Season 3 (DVD) - $10
Rick and Morty are continuing their bonkers journey through the multi-verse, and you can see all of its latest season for just ten bucks at Best Buy. Finally you'll understand all those Pickle Rick references.
Band of Brothers (Blu-ray) - $10
The critically acclaimed war drama Band of Brothers is just ten dollars at Best Buy too. It's a great gift for the war buff in your family, or to recognize some familiar tropes and storytelling from WW2 games like Call of Duty and this year's Battlefield V.
The Flash (DVD) - $10
The CW has its own superhero universe, and the Flash is one of the most popular additions. You can catch up on the first season at Target with this series set, but be careful: it might go fast.
