Thus far, there's been so much mystery surrounding the upcoming Amazon Prime Video series Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. Thankfully, with the show's presentation at San Diego Comic-Con 2022, the veil has been lifted. Not only did we get a panel with the show's massive cast, but there was also an extended trailer released, alongside 22 brand-new character posters.
With the release of Rings of Power coming up in September, all of this new content makes the wait seem even more dramatic. We want it now, Prime Video! But still, there's plenty to take away from all of this new information. For instance, if you were wondering how the show's creators went about inventing new characters to insert into the lore, we've got that covered.
Perhaps most importantly, though, the collection of new character posters gives us a very detailed look at everyone you're about to become very familiar with when The Rings of Power debuts on Prime Video. Take a look at the characters below and sound off in the comments about what excites you most about the show!
